Job Description

Work Timing: Mon-Fri 9-6pm. 5.5 days work Sat 9-1pm / or Sun 2-6pm Responsibilities 1. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. 2. Manage emails, files and documents effectively, ensuring organization and timely responses. 3. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges. 5. Maintain a high level of organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently. 6. Answer inbound calls and contact inbound leads promptly. 7. Support salesman/sales manager on client follow-up. 8. Build and maintain good relationships with new and /or existing customers and provide quality after sales service 9. Preparation and filling of sales quotations/invoices. 10. Manage existing and new customers profile. 11. Handle sales enquiry and forward to salesperson for detailed follow up. 12. Administrative roles as required on day-to-day operations. 13.
