- Perform routine administrative duties, maintaining all project files and filing quality records.
- Procurement of construction materials and hardware.
- Handle general admin tasks.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the project team.
- Filing and maintaining up-to-date file records.
- Accuracy in updating and maintaining the database of stock control records, schedule, VO/SOI and minute meetings.
- Prepare project reports and submissions to the customer.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the project management.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE 'A' level
- Minimum 2 years experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate proficiently in English
- Excellent interpersonal communication ability
