- Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery order and purchase orders
- Date entry and maintain proper filing of documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails and customer enquires
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal staff
- Assists in scheduling, documentation and office coordination
- Maintain office records and update company databases
- Support HR and accounting administrative tasks when required
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- Minimum N/O level, ITE or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Responsibility, organized and willing to learn
