RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Management 
Conducting a site walk daily with the checklist, looking out for defects, and managing any hazardous objects accordingly.
Ensuring that the meeting rooms are in ‘ready-to-use’ condition whenever unoccupied.
Ensuring that office equipment is in good working condition. Otherwise, rectify it immediately
Liaising and managing respective vendors to support the functionality of office space.
Being responsible for consolidating all customer issues and generating a monthly report.
Managing all customers’ issues tactfully and confidently.
Being able to work a 24/7 shift rotation.
