Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and other documents
  • Maintain and organize office files and records
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Previous experience in Administration or Secretary role is preferred
