We are looking for an Administration Executive to manage various operational and administrative responsibilities across the group.

Property Administration

Liaise with tenants and property agents on rental, tenancy, and related matters.

Prepare tenancy agreements and related documents, coordinate signing, and arrange for stamping.

Monitor monthly rental collections and utility payments (e.g., water, electricity, Indah Water, etc.).
