Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities
- Offering administrative and clerical assistance to support departmental functions.
- Compiling, preparing, and ensuring timely submission of necessary reports.
- Handling and processing payments for invoices.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings, including scheduling, sending invites, booking conference rooms, and setting up required equipment.
- Managing travel arrangements and scheduling appointments for the management team.
- Planning and organizing both internal and external events.
- Facilitating communication and coordination between departments to ensure efficient information flow and timely updates across the organization.
- Performing additional tasks as needed.
- Possess at least a diploma in Business Management or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
