Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Prepare employment contracts & HR-related letters for workers.
- Schedule delivery orders and monitor pending deliveries.
- Responsible in new contract drafting and handling contract renewals.
- Maintain proper filing of documents and ensure accurate record-keeping of all correspondence.
- Manage renewals of certification, licence and insurance.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry of inventory records and processing miscellaneous claims.
- Any other related duties assigned by your superi>er.
- At least O' Levels and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
