Roles &Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration and support various departments
- Handling office administrative duties and paperwork which includes dataentry, copying, scanning & attending to e-mails, etc.)
- Update and maintain proper filing systems and records.
- Coordinate with colleagues to achieve department goals.
- Other Ad hoc Duties assigned.
- Bachelor degree from a recognised university
- FRESH candidates welcome. 1-2 years of relevant experience an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong motivation and good attitudes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision
