Admin Executive

Job Description & Requirements

  • Responsible for Billing process, issuance of Delivery Order and Sales Invoices.
  • Liaise and coordinate with sales teams on order processing and delivery arrangement. Collaborate with warehouse to ensure timely delivery. Ensure all orders are delivered to customers within the timeframe.
  • Issue PO to vendor and follow up on the scheduled delivery.
  • Manual updates of stock balance in Excel. Coordinate with warehouse team on stock balance.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and disseminate to relevant parties.
  • Attend to phone calls and email queries.
  • Any other duties assigned.
Requirement
  • Alert and responsive to WhatsApp’s, WeChat and email.
  • Must be able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts.
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word
  • Good interpersonal skills.
