About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager t o lead and strengthen operational excellence across our large format retail stores for our brand BASICS by HASBRO CLOTHING (P) Ltd. The role requires strong leadership, process ownership, execution focus, and the ability to manage multi-territory retail operations effectively. The ideal candidate will act as the operational anchor for the business by ensuring continuity, driving execution, monitoring store performance, and coordinating seamlessly with field and HO teams.
