Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit GRA-related documents (forms, photos, IC copies).
- Assist residents in understanding cost-sharing responsibilities.
- Submit claims via official portals.
- Monitor claim status and follow up on pending issues.
- Keep records of all submitted claims for reference or audit.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, forms, and letters as required.
- Support the office team in handling day-to-day operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to communicate clearly with residents and external agencies.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in HDB or community-related work is an advantage.
