Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit GRA-related documents (forms, photos, IC copies).
  • Assist residents in understanding cost-sharing responsibilities.
  • Submit claims via official portals.
  • Monitor claim status and follow up on pending issues.
  • Keep records of all submitted claims for reference or audit.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, forms, and letters as required.
  • Support the office team in handling day-to-day operations.
Skills & Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to communicate clearly with residents and external agencies.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
  • Prior experience in HDB or community-related work is an advantage.
