Job Description
1) Able to write and converse in English & Mandarin. Good in MS Office software - Excel, Words etc 2) Answer telephone calls, take messages, handle queries and direct them to corresponding departments 3) Provide administrative support to project sites, purchasing and contracts department. 4) Process Invoices and Purchase Orders 5) Monitor, maintain and parking allocation for vehicles and assets 6) Prepare letters and documents 7) Open, date and sort incoming mails and deliver mails to corresponding department 8) Maintain reception and meeting rooms in a tidy manner. 9) Monitor, purchase and replenish office supplies as needed 10) Oversee maintenance and usage of general office equipment
