Job Purpose

The Senior Human Resources Manager oversees and supports HR teams across multiple states, ensuring smooth, consistent, and compliant HR operations. This role provides strategic guidance, training, and support on complex HR matters including employee relations, investigations, policy implementation, and legal compliance.
