Job Description

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - COMMUNITY SERVICES

Permanent Part time – 32 hours per week (Parental Leave)

Ideally you will possess:

  • Experience in Reception, Administration, Accounts
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in Administration in a similar role
  • Customer Service Skills, Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of computer skills (knowledge of HMS & Harrison, Vital, Oracle, and Microsoft applications an advantage) 
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
