Administration & Customer Service Officer

Pay Rate - $37.13 per hr including casual loading (+penalties) 

Days & Hours: Monday to Friday – shifts between 7am and 5pm

Job Brief/Overview

Duties:

 Looking for someone with Contact Centre experience, including use of CRM, preference for Salesforce

Customer Service

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
• Advising customers of issues with grease traps (OHS, SW regulations etc)
• Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
• Booking scheduled services
• Dispute resolution
• Updating services with new information (PO’s, Access requirements etc)

Accounts Receivable

• Billing customers (External Transporters, Returned & Confirmed jobs)Emailing invoices to customers with copies of service dockets
