Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage land matters, business‑related licensing matters, legal agreements, association subscriptions and other related administrative matters for departments, operating centres or stakeholders.
  • Liaise closely and maintain good working relationships with relevant authorities, statutory bodies, contractors and third‑party service providers to ensure smooth execution of tasks and timely follow‑ups.
  • Oversee and monitor payment processes relating to quit rent, assessment tax, licenses, permits, subscriptions and other related payments.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, systematic filing and accurate updating of records and documentation.
  • Assist in organising company official functions, internal meetings, exhibitions and conferences.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Administration Division.
