We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team based in our North Ryde office, available on either a part-time basis (25–30 hours per week) or full-time basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the Executive and Administration teams to support day-to-day operations.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate the purchasing of equipment, supplies, and other business-related goods.
- Manage end-of-month invoicing processes.
- Assist with allied health case management administration and customer reporting.
- Act as a key point of contact for Benchmark allied health staff.
- Coordinate and set up group education sessions and events.
