(About KOCCA) The Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) is a South Korean government agency under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Established in 2009, KOCCA is dedicated to advancing Korea's content industry across diverse sectors, including broadcasting, gaming, animation, character licensing, comics/webtoons, creative storytelling and IP, music, fashion, and technology-driven content. KOCCA supports these industries through initiatives in production, distribution, overseas expansion, financing, research and development (R&D), and infrastructure development. In 2024, KOCCA launched its Singapore Business Centre to serve as a hub for facilitating market entry and expanding partnerships between Korean content companies and Singapore.
