Job Description

Overview

Be the go‑to person for high‑quality administrative support across NZTA teams. Permanent role based in Wellington with a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, timely and high‑quality administrative support to managers and teams across NZTA Waka Kotahi.
  • Support meetings, events, financial administration and business processes.
  • Work closely with the wider Administration Services team to ensure consistency, efficiency and high standards across the organisation.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and learn new systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a broad administration role supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
