Job Description
Overview
Be the go‑to person for high‑quality administrative support across NZTA teams. Permanent role based in Wellington with a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive, timely and high‑quality administrative support to managers and teams across NZTA Waka Kotahi.
- Support meetings, events, financial administration and business processes.
- Work closely with the wider Administration Services team to ensure consistency, efficiency and high standards across the organisation.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and learn new systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a broad administration role supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
