Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Coordination:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and handling external and internal correspondence. Assist in organizing company events, meetings and conferences. Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquires and requests efficiently. Provide support with various ad-hoc tasks and projects and assigned by executives, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.
