Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Assist with light accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and expense tracking. Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication. Prioritize tasks effectively to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. Proven experience in an administrative role is a MUST. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. MUST have experience with QuickBooks Online Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
