Responsibilities:
 Generating correspondence, reports and records, 
 Handling contracts and invoices 
 Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. 
 Arrange travel schedules and make reservations 
 Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences 
 Maintain filing system, Order office supplies and maintain inventor 
 Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages 
 Answer electronic enquiries
