What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing basic administrative and clerical support within our Mission Critical division.

What you’ll do:

+ Provide administrative support to Operations personnel including division project support, safety support, contract administration, fleet and yard support, etc.

+ Heavy scheduling and calendar management

+ Support team members with data entry and expense reports

+ Responsible for various other duties and assignments as required

+ Ensure that Aldridge’s 5 key Safety Elements are followed

Who you are:

+ High school diploma, with some business courses

+ 1-3 years of related business experience

+ Proficient in the use of Google Suite
