Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and accounting support
  • Maintain administrative and/or technical records and files
  • Manage inventory of office supplies
  • Act as liaison officer to government agencies
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of Business Accountancy/Administration/Management or equivalent business‑related degree
  • Experience: With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in accountancy/administrative jobs or related fields
  • Other Skills: Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and has excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Other Attributes: Team player, high level of integrity, and can work with less supervision
