Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales administrative tasks
- Prepare and generate reports based on sales process
- Ensure that required documents for proposal and bidding purposes are complied prior submission to client
- Assist in preparation of matrix of benefits and other sales reports
- Assist in preparation of presentation modules
- Accompany the Sales team during product presentation to client, if necessary
- Monitoring of submission of requirements for proposals and closed accounts
- Preparation of required reports
- Timely submission of reports to business heads
- Prepare transmittal for all out-going documents under sales
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
- At least one (1) year working experience in a related field
