Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Handle staff accommodation arrangements and coordinate housing matters. Prepare and manage tenancy agreements for new, renewal, and exit cases. Liaise with landlords, agents, tenants, and internal stakeholders on overall tenancy-related matters. Maintain proper tenancy records, documentation, and filing. Conduct and prepare monthly accommodation audit reports. Monitor accommodation occupancy and ensure compliance with company requirements. Support finance-related administrative duties including invoice checking, payment tracking, and documentation. Assist with general administrative and operational support duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration/Finance/Human Resources Good organisational and communication skills. Able to multitask and handle administrative coordination independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Working Hours: 5 Days work week/ 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
