• Ensure that all student pass applications are processed accurately, in a timely manner, effectively, and professionally.
• Process student pass applications in compliance with regulations set by the Malaysian authorities while remaining aligned with the University’s policy and procedures.
• Deliver high‑quality, responsive services to all stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with the University’s goals and objectives.
• Report to the Assistant Manager.
