Job Overview

My Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Packaging Materials & Systems Administrator to join their packhouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing packaging materials, ensuring production runs smoothly without shortages or delays, and maintaining accurate stock control and reporting. The successful candidate will also assist the system manager with day-to-day systems administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control packaging material stock within the packhouse environment
• Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained to meet production demands
• Minimise excess stock at the end of each commodity cycle
• Coordinate and ensure timely carton folding to support production schedules
• Maintain adequate buffer stock of folded cartons
• Order packaging materials in line with company protocols and procedures
