Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Scan, organize, and maintain physical and digital files.
  2. Prepare onboarding materials, specifically company IDs, for new employees.
  3. Assist in administrative tasks and provide support to the HR and admin team.
  4. Edit pictures and documents as needed for company use.
  5. Operate office equipment and perform basic IT-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

  1. Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
  2. Proficient in basic computer operations (MS Office, email, file management).
  3. Knowledgeable in photo editing software/tools.
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  5. Willing to work in an administrative support role.
  6. Willing to be assigned at Cargohaus Building, Brgy. Vitalez, NAIA Complex, Parañaque City.
