Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.Handle and organise documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently.Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.Maintain and update records and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.Support the onboarding process for new team members with administrative tasks.Respond promptly to queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.The Successful Applicant
