Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services business for a Business Support Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Providing business support across multiple teams
  • Assisting the Property Management and Lease Advisory teams with administrative tasks

  • Previous administration or business support experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
