Overview
The Admissions APP Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. The APP needs to have one year of prescribing medication experience. Monday through Friday Admissions & House Sshift from 8a-4:30p.
Responsibilities
1. Performs and documents accurate, complete, and relevant history and physical assessments appropriate for the patient's age, gender, and clinical problem. 2.
