Adobe Dam Specialist(Digital Asset Management)

DAM Librarian / DAM Administrator – Job Specification Role Purpose The DAM Librarian/Admin will be responsible for the end‑to‑end operations, governance, and quality control of the Adobe DAM platform. This role ensures assets are well‑structured, properly tagged, compliant, and easily discoverable, supporting IB Research, Marketing & Brand teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations & System Management - Manage folder structures, asset permissions, and user roles.
- Maintain configuration settings, controlled vocabularies, and metadata schemas.
- Oversee asset ingestion and enforce naming conventions and metadata rules.
- Validate and refine AI‑generated smart tags. 2. Metadata, Taxonomy & Governance Enforcement - Maintain taxonomy, tags, hierarchical folder models, and vocabularies.
