Position Description:

The University of Iowa Department of Internal Medicine is seeking faculty for a leadership position in The Division of Hospital Medicine, Adult Hospitalist Program as the Medical Site Director for UI Medical Center Downtown campus. This role will be a position, with 25% administrative time to lead the UI Health Care Medical Center Downtown Campus Hospitalist team. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to serve in a community hospital affiliated with largest academic institution and quaternary referral center of the State of Iowa. This campus is a 120-bed hospital located in the heart of downtown Iowa City and the University Iowa, and just one mile away from the main campus.
