Adult Services Community Support Worker – Central Auckland

Spectrum Care in Central Auckland is seeking a Community Support Worker to assist adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. This full-time position involves dynamic tasks tailored to individual needs, including personal activities and community participation.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, and a full driver’s license. Experience with disabilities is a plus, but not mandatory. A supportive work environment and additional training opportunities are provided.
