Job Summary

As an Advanced Care Paramedic working in the Patient Transition Room (PTR) at the Air Operations Center (Edmonton International Airport), you will care for ill or injured patients that are being transported between facilities by Air Ambulance.

You will care for patients under the guidance of Medical Control Protocols and your scope of practice.

You will assist with ensuring that the PTR is properly stocked and equipped as well as other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

As an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) with ALTA Paramedic Health (APH), you will assess emergency scenes and patients and may transport ill or injured individuals from emergency scenes and between facilities. This includes operating ambulances or other modes of transportation.
