UnderstandPlantand Team KPIs.
Support the launch of new products and processes
Manufacture feasibility analysis (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA on new products
Monitor assembly equipment through production start-up
Process development and assembly sequencing (process flow chart) fornew programs
Write process specifications and make recommendationsregardingergonomic improvements
Plant and process layout for new products and plant launches(Autocad)
Simulate continuousimprovement process in plants (KAIZENS, JUST DO IT) with theobjectiveof MEQ.
Work with SD-Teams to complete product launches
Stimulate TPM in new projects
Ergonomic analysis
Production equipment and tooling specification,purchaseand acceptance
