**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will join our collegial healthcare team in Tacoma at St. Joseph Medical Center. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with Board Certified physicians and a growing cohort of APPs, supported by a mature and innovative virtual ICU (VICU) that provides real-time monitoring and support. This role involves comprehensive patient management, from assessment and diagnosis to developing and executing treatment plans, performing critical invasive procedures, and ensuring continuity of care.
