Advanced Practice Provider Fellow - Non-Acute (Medical Center)

At Houston Methodist, the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Post Graduate Fellowship NP position is a part of a twelve-month program with rotations in assigned specialty areas. This position will be given the opportunity to learn and improve assessment and diagnostic skills, as well as treatment implementation through medication management, procedures, and other therapies in the context of specialty care. The APP Provider Fellow NP position will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a variety of team-based settings with the goal to transition to independent practice upon completion of their fellowship.

**EDUCATION**

+ Master’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Nursing
+ Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioners program

**EXPERIENCE**

+ Two years of previous RN practice
