This position has been allocated for an Advanced Practice Provider, licensed and board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

**Position Title:** Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

**Location:** Valley Center Tower, Intermountain Medical Center (In person)

**Department:** Hospital Level Care at Home

**Position Type:** Day

**Work Schedule:**

+ Hours: 10-hour shift. No On-Call.
+ Shifts: Rotating at both IMED and Telehealth in person shifts including weekends and holidays.
