Advanced Practice Provider - Hybrid Value Based Clinic - UAB Medicine Lee Branch Primary Care

The following APPs may be considered for this role: Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Primary Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant

Work schedule: Part-time, benefited
Monday-Friday, Flexible Hours (20 hrs per week)
No weekends/holidays/call.

CME allowance: Part-time benefited APPs receive an annual $2,000.00 CME allowance.
