Advanced Practice Provider - Infusion

The Infusion Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—provides comprehensive direct care and assumes primary clinical management for a diverse patient population in our ambulatory infusion setting.

In this role, you will act as a critical clinical conduit, seamlessly bridging communication between the patient’s primary care team and the infusion nursing staff. You will also serve as the frontline responder for infusion-related emergencies, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care quality.

**Shift Structure:** 10-hour shifts, scheduled Monday through Saturday.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Clinical Management:** Obtain detailed patient histories, perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
