The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients through the University of Virginia Health System’s innovative Mobile Care Unit and associated population health programs. This position supports UVA Health’s mission to improve access to high-quality care and advance health equity through innovative, community-based care delivery models that unlock premiere care resources to the broader population, especially those in historically underserved areas.communities.

The APP will practice in collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team including nurses, program-affiliated paramedics, care coordinators, physicians, social workers, APP colleagues, and others.
