You ll step into an outpatient, panel-based primary care role focused on caring for patients with complex medical needs in collaboration with an integrated care team. You ll work alongside dedicated medical assistants, RN support, behavioral health, chiropractic services, and telehealth consult resources to deliver comprehensive, community-centered care.
