Role Overview  
The Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of programs, projects, and managed services, ensuring successful execution aligned with customer expectations, contractual commitments, quality standards, and business objectives. The role involves managing delivery teams, stakeholder engagement, financial performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
Key Responsibilities  
Delivery & Program Management  
Own end-to-end delivery across projects/programs. 
Ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget. 
Drive governance, project reviews, status reporting, and executive communications. 
Establish delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation strategies.
