About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Advanced System Administrator to manage servers, virtualization, and network infrastructure while providing advanced technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle L2/L3 technical support and resolve complex issues
- Manage Windows Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP)
- Work on virtualization (VMware / Nutanix)
- Monitor and troubleshoot network (VPN, firewall, routing)
- Manage backup & recovery (Veeam/Rubrik)
- Maintain documentation and provide on-call support
✅ Requirements
- 2–5 years of IT support / system admin experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
- Experience with VMware or Nutanix
- Basic networking and security understanding
- Familiarity with backup tools
⭐ Good to Have
- Cloud experience (Azure / AWS)
- MSP / client-facing experience
- Relevant certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Cisco)
