Overview
As an Advisor, Client Leadership, you will lead a team of data-focused Account Executives while serving as a senior, credible voice with nonprofit fundraisers, marketers and agency partners. This role is designed for a people-first sales leader who is fluent in data and grounded in nonprofit fundraising realities .
You will be accountable for elevating the quality of partnerships with nonprofit, agency, and broker partners , while building a confident, accountable team that can independently manage and grow its own client relationships. You will act as a player - coach , modeling strong analytical thinking, clear point of view, and disciplined follow - through.
You will drive measurable performance, unlock new revenue opportunities, and strengthen Epsilon's role as a strategic, long-term partner in the evolving Nonprofit Fundraising and Marketing data ecosystem.
