**Overview**
As an Advisor, Client Leadership, you will lead a team of data-focused Account Executives while serving as a senior, credible voice with nonprofit fundraisers, marketers and agency partners. This role is designed for a people-first sales leader who is fluent in data and grounded in nonprofit fundraising realities.
You will be accountable for elevating the quality of partnerships with nonprofit, agency, and broker partners, while building a confident, accountable team that can independently manage and grow its own client relationships. You will act as a player‑coach, modeling strong analytical thinking, clear point of view, and disciplined follow‑through.
