We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Advisor to join our Employment Relations team within People and Culture branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your Privacy and Official Information Act expertise in a complex, fast-paced public sector environment, ensuring compliance in meeting statutory obligations.

A unique aspect, and the main part, of this role is supporting the management of Privacy Act and Official Information Act (OIA) requests for Employment Relations matters, ensuring the branch meets its statutory obligations with accuracy and timeliness. As an Employment Relations Advisor, you’ll also support the team to provide high-quality advice across a wide range of employment matters. You’ll support the team’s partnership with leaders and colleagues to ensure consistent, people-centred outcomes.
